Our Competition team for many years provides tailored, technically astute and pragmatic legal services on all aspects of antitrust and competition, in particular, merger clearance, assistance in antitrust investigations, state aid, conclusion of settlement agreements, leniency.

Our lawyers have experience of working in the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, are members of the Public Council of AMCU, participate in the development of regulatory acts and are authors of articles and handbooks in this field. Our lawyers are part of the relevant working groups and committees in the Ukrainian Bar Association, the European Business Association and the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine and are recommended in the field of antimonopoly and competition law by the main Ukrainian and international rankings.
