Dmytro Rylovnikov is an of counsel in Tax practice, as well as M&A practice.

Dmytro’s experience in legal and tax matters spans over 15 years of career, which varied from being a trusted advisor at international law firms to a function leader at IT business companies and asset management companies.

His main fields of expertise are corporate law, cross-border transactions and M&A, international tax and structuring and transfer pricing.

Dmytro has proven record of leading cross-functional teams in number of projects, including designing and implementing international corporate structures, structuring M&A deals and institutional financing obtaining, supporting businesses during new market entry across the globe, as well as relocating workforce to different jurisdictions. Dmytro led numerous projects on business rationalizations and international corporate reorganizations, preparation of transfer pricing policies and documentations, tax litigations and controversy. He also assisted his clients in reshaping their in-house legal and tax functions to achieve efficiency and meet the business needs post business restructurings.

Throughout his career Dmytro’s client portfolio included major international and Ukrainian corporations, coming from IT, FMCG, finance, logistics and entertainment sectors.

Dmytro is the author of numerous publications on tax matters and often is a speaker at tax conferences and seminars. For many years Dmytro was an active pro bono contributor for organizations such as International Fiscal Association (IFA) Ukraine, as well as was an expert of the World Bank Doing Business in Ukraine Project.
