Imagine Lawyers – Partner of the National “Equal Opportunity Leadership” Award 2025
We are pleased to announce that Imagine Lawyers is a legal partner of the first national “Equal Opportunity Leadership” award in Ukraine, launched by the international community Women Leaders for Ukraine. This unique initiative recognises employers who foster inclusive workplaces, ensure gender-balanced leadership, and shape a new corporate culture for the country.
The event will take place on 20 November 2025 and will bring together leaders from business, media, civil society, and international organisations. The programme includes keynote speeches, panel discussions, fireside chats, special dialogues, and an award ceremony across several categories.
Importantly, Imagine Lawyers’ involvement goes beyond partnership – our partner Galyna Zagorodniuk has been invited to serve on the expert commission, which will evaluate submissions and select the leading companies.
For our team, this collaboration is an opportunity to support a national conversation about equal opportunities, responsible leadership, and the sustainable transformation of Ukraine’s corporate environment.
