Galyna Zagorodniuk took part in the WoBua meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdon of Netherlands
Galyna Zagorodniuk, Partner at Imagine Lawyers, had the honor of participating in a closed meeting with Alle Dorhout, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Ukraine, held on 12 November 2024. This engagement was part of her active involvement in Women on Boards Ukraine (WoBua).
The meeting facilitated an important discussion on the current challenges and opportunities facing women in leadership roles in Ukraine. Ambassador Dorhout provided valuable insights into the Netherlands’ support for gender equality and shared perspectives on global and Ukrainian gender quotas.
During the session, Women on Boards Ukraine highlighted several critical areas, including the need for gender awareness programs within organizations, and the significance of fostering international networks to promote gender parity. Ambassador Dorhout underscored the importance of personal leadership as a catalyst for wider societal change.
Galyna Zagorodniuk actively promotes and advocates female career development in the legal profession, frequently speaking to young lawyers about women’s leadership roles and inspiring the next generation of female legal professionals.
