The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine (NSSMC) has set new deadlines for the disclosure of regulated information by securities issuers, persons providing security for such securities and corporate rights advisors in 2025.
What has changed?
On March 6, 2025, the Commission adopted Resolution No. 28/21/1933/K03, which establishes the following reporting deadlines:
By September 30, 2025, reporting entities must disclose:
- Regular information for the reporting years 2021–2024 (if not previously disclosed).
- Interim information for Q1 and Q2 of 2025 (if not previously disclosed).
Starting from Q3 2025, disclosures will follow the standard procedure under the Law of Ukraine “On Capital Markets” and the relevant NSSMC Regulation.
What was the previous rule?
Due to martial law, the Commission had temporarily exempted reporting entities from the obligation to disclose regulated information within standard deadlines, allowing them to do so within 90 days after the end of martial law.
When does it take effect?
The new rules come into force on April 1, 2025.
