The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a decision #795 on 5 July 2024 launching a pilot project to introduce the Unified State Electronic Licence System (eDozvil). This project would allow entrepreneurs to apply, to renew, to obtain licences and permits in electronic form, as well as to track progress in processing documents. The project is implemented as a part of the Plan for the Implementation of the Ukraine Facility.
Licences and permits for 5 types of activity are included into the first stage of the project, while the list will be gradually expanded:
- business activities in the field of tour operator activities;
- business activities in veterinary practice;
- business activities for the circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors;
- educational activities at the level of preschool education;
- a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of labour protection legislation.
The launch of above services is scheduled for July-October 2024.
This project is a continuation of strategic plan of Ukrainian digitalization, which follows the comprehensive e-Entrepreneur service, allowing to start a new or expand an existing business. Obtaining a licence online is the next logical step. The service can be used on the Diia portal.
