Delphine Nougayrède’s commercial and corporate practice includes twenty-five years in global law firms advising on large scale cross-border transactions and disputes. From successive bases in Paris, Moscow, Brussels and New York, she has built a robust generalist profile and was recognized in international directories such as Chambers and Legal 500. Her current practice centers on non-profit and public interest law.
Delphine Nougayrède has taught comparative law and legal ethics in a number of academic institutions. From 2015 to 2023 she was a lecturer at Columbia Law School in New York where she also conducted research activities on comparative law and financial transparency. She has authored two books and a dozen of research articles published in reputable international journals.
